The BATF, FBI, CIA, ETC, are all part of, and are payed by the federal government and guess what, they also take orders, they do not govern.
It is the legislative branch of the federal government that makes the laws and by the way, they also pay Army.Call yourself what ever you like but soldiers are Army property, the US Army takes orders from the President of the United States, he is part of the federal government and makes them his federal property.
